Cedar Plank Instructions:
Submerge for 1-2 hours, then wipe off excess water. Place rubbed or marinated Seafood on plank, skin side down (if Salmon)
Gril: Tum BBQ on high, once hot, place plank on one side of grill and turn heat to low, turn other side to medium Keep spray bottle with water nearby for flare ups
Oven: Preheat to 400F (200C) Place Plank on cookie sheet with a little extra water. Place in Oven and turn down to 375F
