Back in the 80's and 90's, Dad (of three boys) hosted infamous annual summer BBQ's for his co-workers and their families, clients, neighbours & old-time friends. There were always over a hundred guests and it usually lasted the whole weekend. We've gotta hand it to you Dad, those parties were Awesome! Aside from a few salads thrown in for colour, meals were served from a rotisserie, grill or cedar plank and we used our 'Boulton Spice' on everything! These meals, 'turns out, were something that people desired. Dad knew we had something special to share. From that point on, we gathered every other month or so on the kitchen counter to 'help' Dad blend our family spice. We would make a tremendous mess... enjoying every second of it! After many years of dreaming and hundreds of kilos of Dad's gifting, we've taken the necessary steps to be able to safely share our 'family spice' with the Canadian Market.

Button Bones are the tail section of pork back ribs. They are inexpensive, thin cut, bone-in strips. They cook fast, season well and can be served to hungry guests in less than 10 minutes!
