Doug LaFortune is an acclaimed artist with an impressive resume. Born in Washington and trained in Vancouver, LaFortune has been working as a multidisciplinary artist since 1973. He boasts expertise in carving, drawing, painting and serigraphy, and has been an apprentice of renowned Salish carver Simon Charlie.
